About

Technology leadership anchored in trust.

I'm a Chicago-area technology leader whose career has been shaped by people-first leadership, practical strategy, and a strong bias toward useful outcomes over theater.

Perspective

Builder, mentor, operator.

My work sits at the intersection of technology, digital engagement, operations, and institutional trust. I'm at my best helping organizations move from reactive technology management toward a more strategic, collaborative, and resilient way of working.

At the Field Museum, I've helped bring traditional IT and digital engagement together in a way that better supports infrastructure, platforms, visitor-facing systems, digital experiences, and broader institutional priorities.

That work is guided by a simple belief: strong systems are built by strong teams, and strong teams are built on trust, clarity, accountability, and respect.

Leadership style

Calm, direct, and built for partnership.

People-first

I think culture matters. Trust matters. Clear expectations and real support create better outcomes than noise ever will.

Mission-aware

I believe technology is most useful when it strengthens the mission and the people doing the work.

Practical by design

I value durable systems, sensible priorities, clean execution, and long-term maintainability over trend chasing.

Career path

A long view of systems and strategy.
